Sales Assistant – 20 Hours per Week

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Horkans Castlebar store on a part‑time basis. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right products and ensuring the store always looks its best.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales by promoting a range of clothing, footwear and outdoor equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock quickly and maintain an immaculate, well‑merchandised store.
• Keep the store presentation attractive and aligned with brand standards.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and a strong desire to provide a fantastic customer experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends as required.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset and respect for colleagues.
