Sales Development Representative (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

Workvivo is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team in Dublin. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office, and focuses on generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executives by engaging senior decision‑makers such as CHROs, CIOs and Internal Communications leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to prospective customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and uncover business challenges that align with Workvivo’s employee experience platform.
• Conduct discovery conversations, qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Represent the Workvivo brand professionally and with energy in all communications.
• Participate in the structured SDR Academy, completing onboarding, coaching sessions and certifications.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role with a track record of building strong relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with new contacts daily.
• Comfortable making cold calls and using multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Hard‑working, resilient and motivated by ambitious targets.
• Curious, coachable and adaptable, eager to receive feedback and learn new sales tools.
