Sales Development Representative

About the role

This is a remote Sales Development Representative position focused on generating pipeline for a cloud‑focused organization. You will work closely with Account Executives, marketing, and ecosystem partners to engage technical decision‑makers and create qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings.
• Research and engage engineers, developers, DevOps, and data professionals to uncover new business opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives on territory strategy, account prioritisation, and pipeline quality.
• Design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel outreach using modern sales tools.
• Manage the full outbound sales cycle from research to booking qualified meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and conversion tactics.
• Communicate product value propositions to technical audiences and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activities, performance metrics, and pipeline development.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound SaaS sales.
• Proven track record selling SaaS or cloud‑based solutions in a B2B environment.
• Experience engaging technical buyer personas such as engineers, developers, DevOps, or data professionals.
• Consistently achieved or exceeded outbound lead generation and pipeline targets.
• Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
