Sales Development Representative - Outbound

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, AI‑driven SaaS company as an Outbound Sales Development Representative based in Ireland. You will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through cold outreach, social selling and multi‑channel prospecting, working closely with sales and marketing to shape go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline generation via cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn social selling.
• Develop deep understanding of complex SaaS value propositions and craft tailored messaging for technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and cross‑functional teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and leverage sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to optimise daily activity.
• Provide market feedback on prospects, objections and trends to refine messaging and product positioning.
• Continuously test and iterate outreach approaches to boost response rates and pipeline performance.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development or outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for technical and executive audiences.
• Resilience in high‑volume outbound environments and a positive attitude toward rejection.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team learning and knowledge sharing.
• Highly goal‑oriented with a drive to exceed targets and build a high‑quality pipeline.
