Sales Executive – Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales Executive to expand our critical communications and safety technology solutions across Ireland. The role combines field and office work in a hybrid model, focusing on new‑business generation and consultative selling to a range of public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of new business opportunities across assigned sectors and territories.
• Identify customer challenges through a consultative sales approach and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and maximise conversion opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and pipeline reporting.
• Provide market and customer feedback to support ongoing product and service improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B sales within technology, communications, systems solutions, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong commercial awareness and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with cold calling, lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors is beneficial.
