About the role
Google is seeking a senior Sales Manager to lead its App Sales team. You will drive growth for small‑ and medium‑sized businesses by delivering Google’s advertising solutions, building trusted relationships with C‑level clients, and shaping the future of mobile advertising.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of account executives, set priorities, and align activities with Google’s values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with C‑level clients and senior partner stakeholders.
- Understand client business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Design long‑term joint strategies and lead cross‑functional collaboration within Google.
- Present Google advertising products and solutions to achieve growth targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or related agencies.
- Experience working with app marketers and the app ecosystem.
- Proven people‑management experience.
- Ability to own team operations, KPI measurement, and execution.
