Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The boutique hotel in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence. You will lead both sales initiatives and marketing campaigns, ensuring the property’s premium positioning is reflected across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to meet targets for accommodation, food & beverage, events and ancillary revenue.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site viewings and represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
• Create bespoke packages, seasonal offers and targeted promotional campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, website updates and brand messaging.
• Manage social media strategy to deliver engaging, consistent content that reinforces the hotel’s premium brand.
• Develop and control the annual marketing budget.
• Coordinate PR initiatives such as press releases, media visits and storytelling opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent organisational and strategic planning abilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in the Irish hospitality sector is a distinct advantage.
• Professional, polished and guest‑focused approach.
