About the role
The Sales & Service Advisor will work in a busy branch, delivering exceptional banking services to customers. You will help clients choose everyday banking solutions that match their needs while upholding the bank’s customer‑first values.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in line with agreed standards.
- Identify and recommend suitable banking products based on customer requirements.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with branch team members.
- Take personal accountability for commitments and follow‑through with customers.
