About the role
We are looking for a Sales & Service Advisor to join a busy branch in Lucan, South Dublin. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose everyday banking solutions that fit their needs while delivering a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in line with agreed service standards.
- Advise customers on suitable banking products and everyday banking options.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with branch team members to meet collective goals.
- Take personal accountability for commitments made to customers and ensure follow‑through.
