Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to shape the evolution of our Salesforce platform within a complex enterprise environment. The role blends technical leadership with strategic stakeholder engagement to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives, improve customer experience, and support future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical design and architectural direction of the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem, overseeing development, testing, and deployment.
• Design integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using APIs and established patterns.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to boost operational efficiency.
• Support data migration, testing, and release activities.
• Maintain project documentation, monitor risks, and ensure delivery against timelines.
• Champion continuous improvement of platform capabilities, user experience, and business processes.
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering Salesforce solutions in large, complex enterprises.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications or technical accreditations.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise, including Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (advantageous).
• Hands‑on development with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Batch/Queueable Apex.
• Integration experience using APIs and modern integration technologies.
