About the role
Notion is looking for a French‑speaking Scaled Outcomes Architect to help customers turn AI ambitions into working systems inside Notion. You will own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a portfolio of named accounts, focusing on customers that are flat, at‑risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
- Contribute directly to net revenue retention through predictable renewals and expansion pipelines.
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and planning.
- Define and maintain mutual success plans that guide customers through AI transformation and demonstrate ROI.
- Facilitate use‑case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities that increase value.
- Identify and coordinate with Services for complex or technical implementation needs.
- Become an expert on Notion’s product and the broader AI ecosystem to help customers build durable systems.
