Scaled Outcomes Architect (French‑Speaking) – Dublin

About the role

Notion is looking for a French‑speaking Scaled Outcomes Architect to help customers turn AI ambitions into working systems inside Notion. Based in Dublin, you will own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a portfolio of named accounts, focusing on customers that are flat, at‑risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Contribute to net revenue retention through predictable renewals and expansion pipelines.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and planning.
• Define and maintain mutual success plans, guiding customers through AI transformation and ROI demonstration.
• Facilitate use‑case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities that increase value.
• Engage Services for complex implementations and ensure successful delivery.
• Become an expert on Notion’s product and the broader AI ecosystem to advise customers.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing experience, preferably in SaaS or AI‑enabled productivity tools.
• Ability to manage at‑risk accounts and drive measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on revenue impact and customer success.
