Seasonal General Operator – Food Production

About the role

We are looking for a seasonal General Operator to join Kinisla’s Newmarket site in County Cork. The role runs from February to the end of November and involves operating modern dairy production equipment to ensure high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food production machinery across cheese, butter and whey lines.
• Maintain technical compliance and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Identify and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Support shift patterns of 12‑hour days and nights on a rotating schedule.

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
