About the role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a fast‑growing Irish start‑up based in South Dublin. The role offers full exposure to the finance function as the business scales, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own the month‑end reporting process for the assigned entity
- Lead the budget and forecasting process for the assigned entity
- Contribute to KPI analysis, cost analysis and board reporting
- Support monthly budget‑to‑actual variance analysis
- Drive ongoing process improvement and ad‑hoc projects
- Partner with internal teams to provide financial insight
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 1‑3+ years post‑qualification experience
- Background in a broad financial accounting role, preferably within industry
- Self‑starter who is motivated, innovative and ambitious
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
