Senior Accountant

About the role

GPC Finance, a partner‑led accountancy practice in Dublin, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its growing team. This role offers exposure to prestigious clients, a supportive environment and a fast‑track career path toward Director and Partner levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Deliver audit, accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax, and advisory assignments.
• Provide high‑quality advice and service in line with best practice and firm standards.
• Supervise and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate closely with partners and directors to deliver client‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Minimum 2 years of Irish practice experience (0–5 years post‑qualification considered).
• Proven experience across audit, accounts preparation and tax.
• Proficiency with relevant accounting and tax software packages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

What we offer

• Salary €58,000 – €68,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
