Senior Android Browser Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to join the Android Browser Team at Infinity Browser. You will work on a Chromium‑based browser platform that powers custom branded browsers for a variety of clients, delivering high‑quality features and ensuring stability across Chromium releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhancements for the Android browser built on top of the Chromium source code.
• Handle regressions and maintain feature stability when migrating changes between Chromium versions.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, QA and other stakeholders to define, iterate and deliver features on schedule.
• Identify and propose improvements to project processes and code quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Android application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• Ability to understand and solve complex problems within a large codebase.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience working with coding standards, code reviews, source control, build systems and testing in distributed teams.
