Senior Auditor – Internal Audit

About the role

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join its Internal Audit Organization in Dublin. The role supports the Audit Manager in planning, executing, and reporting audit projects across the enterprise, helping to strengthen controls, efficiency, and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Audit Manager with audit planning, stakeholder meetings, and overall team coordination.
• Conduct fieldwork, including walk‑throughs, control design evaluation, and detailed testing procedures.
• Draft audit work programs, prepare workpapers, and develop clear audit reports.
• Collaborate with process owners to identify key risks, design testing procedures, and recommend improvements.
• Support the communication of audit findings, management action plans (MAPs), and follow‑up to ensure timely remediation.
• Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce’s business model, systems, and control environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit or related assurance functions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with business partners and senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative audit team.
