Senior Business Analyst – Insurance Transformation (Contract)

About the role

This contract position is focused on driving an insurance transformation programme. You will work closely with underwriters to shape a live product, migrate policies from legacy systems, and ensure seamless integration across core platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with underwriters to capture business needs and translate them into clear JIRA user stories.
• Lead policy migration from legacy to the new platform, owning data mapping across all systems.
• Define, plan and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support integrations with Salesforce, reporting tools, and core insurance systems.
• Partner with a tight delivery team to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in General Insurance business analysis.
• Strong fundamentals in business analysis, including requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Demonstrated success in system migration and data mapping projects.
• Excellent JIRA and user‑story writing skills.
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and understanding API‑based integrations.
