Senior CV Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior CV Engineer to join our globally distributed team in Ireland. You will work on cutting‑edge generative computer vision models, shaping the next generation of AI‑powered visual technologies and turning research ideas into scalable production solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Train, fine‑tune and enhance generative CV models such as text‑to‑image, image‑to‑image, video‑to‑image and adapter‑based architectures.
• Develop and improve image classification, ranking and captioning systems that understand complex visual contexts.
• Monitor emerging research and open‑source advances, translating findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Design, implement and own model evaluation frameworks and quality validation processes.
• Optimize model inference using diffusion acceleration, quantization and other performance‑enhancing techniques.
• Collaborate with machine‑learning teams to integrate advanced CV capabilities into broader AI systems.
• Contribute to multimodal AI projects that combine visual and language understanding.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with diffusion models, including training, fine‑tuning and architectural customization.
• Strong expertise with modern ML frameworks, especially Diffusers and Transformers.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and optimizing IP‑Adapters or similar conditioning techniques.
• Solid programming skills in Python and practical backend engineering experience for scalable deployment.
• Deep understanding of deep learning, generative AI and computer‑vision best practices.
• Proven ability to drive research initiatives independently and deliver production‑ready solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical thinking and collaboration skills.
