About the role

The Media Practice at onecore delivers data‑driven digital marketing solutions to maximise performance across paid media. As Senior Digital Performance Manager you will lead strategy, execution and optimisation of campaigns across search, social, programmatic and other channels, combining strategic oversight with hands‑on management to drive measurable client results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end digital campaign planning, execution and optimisation across multiple paid media channels.
• Develop data‑driven strategies to maximise ROI and meet client objectives.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Mentor junior media managers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital media planning, performance marketing or campaign management.
• Proven expertise in paid search, social and programmatic channels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance analytics platforms.
• Previous agency experience preferred.
