Senior Director, Sparkling Flavors – Sprite

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a senior, strategic leader to own the full brand and business agenda for Sprite across Europe. Reporting to the Vice President, Sparkling Flavors, this role will shape long‑term growth, cultural relevance, and financial performance for one of the world’s most iconic soft‑drink brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer a 10‑year brand ambition, portfolio guardrails and category role for Sprite in Europe, ensuring alignment with global brand vision.
• Translate macro consumer trends, cultural shifts and system economics into actionable brand and growth strategies.
• Represent European strategic needs in global forums, influencing the worldwide brand roadmap.
• Partner with bottlers and commercial teams to drive system‑wide investment decisions, multi‑year commercial roadmaps and margin expansion initiatives.
• Manage a shadow P&L, oversee revenue growth management (RGM) partnerships and recommend capital allocation.
• Lead the multi‑year innovation masterplan, accelerating pipelines in zero‑sugar, functional, energy‑adjacent and emerging consumption platforms.
• Provide formal people leadership, orchestrating senior stakeholders across Global Brand Leadership, EMEA OU leaders, bottling partners, finance and the IMX network.

Required profile

• Proven senior brand leadership experience within a consumer‑goods or beverage organization, preferably with multi‑country responsibility.
• Strong strategic judgment, ability to influence senior executives and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of brand equity, category dynamics and system economics.
• Track record of delivering profitable growth, managing shadow P&L and leading innovation pipelines.
