Performance Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading digital marketing agency to find a Performance Social Strategist who blends creative thinking with deep expertise in paid social. This hands‑on position will develop, launch, and optimise campaigns on Meta and TikTok while collaborating closely with creative and video production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for short‑form social content.
• Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns based on CTR, ROAS, engagement and conversions.
• Leverage audience insights and customer research to shape creative strategy.
• Work with content, creative and video teams to deliver high‑performing campaigns.
• Utilise AI tools for research, ideation and campaign optimisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing or social media strategy.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Excellent understanding of paid‑social performance metrics.
• Creative instincts for short‑form social content.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret campaign data.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows and performance.
