Senior Energy Manager

About the role

EM3 is seeking a Senior Energy Manager to lead the delivery of end‑to‑end energy management services for industrial clients across multiple sites. Based in Limerick with a hybrid work model, you will combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client engagement to drive energy‑efficiency projects that lower costs and support sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive energy audits, analyse consumption patterns and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and implement customised energy‑management strategies aligned with client operations and sustainability targets.
• Design, support and certify ISO 50001 energy‑management systems.
• Establish site‑level energy flows, set performance baselines and monitor progress.
• Recommend and assist with the deployment of energy‑efficient solutions such as HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps and renewable integration.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, deliver data‑driven reports on savings, ROI and environmental impact.
• Guide clients through implementation, track results and adjust roadmaps as needed.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and contribute to broader business initiatives.
