About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead high‑profile housing development projects in Cork City. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and delivering quality outcomes on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and contractors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site management.
- Confirm works are completed in line with drawings and specs.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + year experience as a Senior Engineer on housing projects.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
