Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

Holafly is looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to shape the future of its global connectivity platform. You will work in a high‑performing, remote‑first squad, turning complex problems into seamless experiences for over a million active travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional squads to lead product discovery and translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement modular, high‑performance features in a mature Monorepo using BLoC, auto_router, advanced networking and caching mechanisms.
• Maintain a regression‑free environment by enforcing high‑coverage unit, widget and integration testing.
• Leverage AI‑driven guardrails and LLM‑based automation to accelerate development cycles.
• Act as a product owner, proactively identifying UX/UI improvements that enhance traveller peace of mind.
• Contribute to the overall health of the codebase using Melos for Monorepo management.

Required profile

• Product‑first mindset with proven ability to align technical decisions with business impact.
• Extensive experience building and maintaining large‑scale production apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Deep expertise in state management (Bloc) and advanced Dart concepts.
• Disciplined test‑first approach in enterprise‑grade codebases.
• Excellent communication skills for a remote‑first, squad‑based environment.
• Based in Ireland or willing to relocate with a valid work visa (no sponsorship provided).
