Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the role
Citi is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help shape the future of its Issuer platform. You will work in a collaborative, agile environment, driving both backend and front‑end innovation for a leading financial institution.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop and maintain high‑quality Java applications using Spring Boot.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to the platform’s roadmap.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best‑practice coding standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers and engineers to translate business requirements into robust solutions.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, code reviews and automated testing.
- Identify technical challenges early and propose innovative solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Several years of professional software development experience with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience working with modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular.
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented design, design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
