Senior Leasing FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Leasing FP&A Analyst to join Element’s Finance team. The role will support the Leasing function by preparing budgets, forecasts and performance analyses that drive strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of consolidated budgets and forecasts for Leasing and related services, owning specific assumptions.
• Develop and maintain driver‑based financial and operating models for short‑ and long‑term planning.
• Analyse trends in revenue, cost of sales, cash flow and profitability, recommending actions to close strategic gaps.
• Identify reporting discrepancies, determine variance drivers and lead special projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with global FP&A, North American Accounting, and Leasing teams such as Pricing, Risk and Vehicle Procurement.
• Own analysis and key assumptions for planning cycles, conduct deep‑dives on client and product areas, and support strategic initiatives through financial modelling.
• Continuously improve SOPs to ensure resilience and repeatability of work.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Accountant with 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modelling and budgeting.
