Senior Manager, Environmental Health Safety & Security

About the role

Integer is seeking a senior leader to head the Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) function at one of its manufacturing sites. The role focuses on building a proactive EHSS culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and protecting the wellbeing of employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site EHSS strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead compliance and continuous‑improvement projects across safety, environmental, security and quality domains.
• Serve as the EHSS subject‑matter expert on the Plant Leadership Team, influencing annual goals and associate engagement.
• Interpret and communicate EHSS regulations, standards and company policies to all levels of staff.
• Promote Integer’s values and the SAFE‑Together engagement program throughout daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in EHSS within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. FDA regulations and related quality, safety, environmental and security standards.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and associate engagement.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
