Senior Manager – Government Technology & AI Transformation

About the role

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager to lead technology and AI transformation programmes for government and public sector clients. The role combines deep knowledge of Ireland’s public sector with strong stakeholder leadership to deliver lasting improvements for citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large‑scale technology and AI transformation programmes across government organisations.
• Support sector and account growth by identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.
• Develop and implement technology and AI solutions that enable future‑state operating models and workforce strategies.
• Apply project‑management and change‑management methodologies to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to co‑create solutions for complex organisational challenges.
• Engage senior stakeholders, manage relationships and anticipate their needs.
• Ensure high‑quality outputs aligned with client expectations and project goals.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technology or technology transformation within Government or Public Sector consulting.
• Deep understanding of government technology solutions such as case management, CRM, grants management or citizen services.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management with strong commercial acumen.
