Senior Manager – Microsoft Dynamics CRM Programme/Project Manager

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM programmes and projects for its technology consulting practice. The role involves advising senior client stakeholders, designing CRM solutions and ensuring successful delivery across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, aligning Dynamics CRM initiatives with business strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the full programme lifecycle – estimating, scoping, solution design, proposal development, implementation, change management and post‑go‑live support.
• Design and implement Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Oversee data migration, security and compliance activities, embedding best practices for regulatory and operational excellence.
• Represent PWC as a thought leader at industry conferences and drive user adoption through effective training and change‑management strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive, high‑performing delivery environment.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager level with proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience guiding change‑management and user‑adoption initiatives.
