Senior Product Management Specialist – Disputes Platform

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Management to lead the evolution of its next‑generation disputes platform. Based in Dublin, you will work within a cross‑functional team to translate global and regional requirements into a scalable, secure solution that supports both worldwide standards and local market nuances.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and requirements for core components of the disputes platform.
• Gather, analyse and prioritise customer, operational, regulatory and business needs from global and regional stakeholders.
• Define platform capabilities that balance standardisation with market‑specific flexibility.
• Translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Act as Product Owner for an agile development pod, maintaining and prioritising the backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture and UX teams to ensure solutions meet scalability, extensibility and deployment criteria.
• Support Product Management leadership in evolving a globally consistent platform while enabling regional customisation.
• Identify opportunities for AI‑driven automation to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or product ownership within a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to work with diverse global and regional stakeholders.
• Comfortable in agile development settings and familiar with backlog management.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills for translating complex requirements.
