Senior Production Operator - Weekend Night Shift

About the role

Dexcom is seeking an experienced Senior Production Operator to work the weekend night shift in its cleanroom manufacturing environment. You will be a cross‑trained Subject Matter Expert ensuring the safe, compliant, and high‑quality production of continuous glucose monitoring devices.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic and semi‑automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as component handling, material loading, and assembly support.
• Conduct material handling, inspections, quality checks, and data entry.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, training new associates and supporting cross‑training programs.
• Provide communication, updates, and coaching to line leads and supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with all quality procedures and flag any deviations.
• Complete and maintain GMP‑required quality documentation for medical device manufacturing.
• Follow all safety requirements and promote a safe working environment.
• Build strong teamwork relationships to achieve shared success.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent).
• 4–6 years of medical‑device or cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and computer literacy.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

What we offer

• 12‑hour night shifts (7 pm – 7 am) on a 4‑on/3‑off and 3‑on/4‑off rotating schedule.
• Shift premium: 25 % for Thursday, 30 % for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Start date: August 2026.
• Reporting to Production Supervisor.
