Senior Project Manager – Accelerometer Engineering

About the role

Innalabs is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of accelerometer engineering projects that underpin future space missions. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end project execution, from concept through product rollout, ensuring technical quality, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, create and maintain detailed work packages and project plans for accelerometer projects, including scope, deliverables and key milestones.
• Lead internal and external project reviews, communicating status clearly throughout the project life‑cycle.
• Coordinate with internal and external supply‑chain partners to keep schedules and budgets on track.
• Deliver project revenue and meet work‑package milestones for both internal and customer‑facing projects.
• Ensure all project documentation complies with company and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (any discipline) with at least 5 years of proven project‑management experience.
• Track record of managing multi‑functional, multi‑site projects from concept to close‑out.
• Technical background in hardware development, preferably in the space sector; experience in aerospace or medical‑device industries is also considered.
