Senior Project Manager – Business Transformation

About the role

Albany Beck is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major business transformation and integration programme following a recent acquisition. The role is business‑facing, requiring coordination across Legal, Compliance, HR, Risk, Operations and Technology to ensure alignment and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple business‑facing workstreams across a large transformation programme.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, HR, Risk, Operations and Technology to drive progress and maintain alignment.
• Run workshops, governance meetings and working sessions to facilitate collaboration and decision‑making.
• Build and manage delivery plans, track dependencies and proactively resolve blockers.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across parallel workstreams and maintain momentum.
• Support implementation of governance frameworks, operational processes, policies and organisational change initiatives.
• Take a hands‑on approach to delivery, moving activities forward rather than focusing solely on reporting.

Required profile

• Strong project or programme management experience within financial services, wealth management, investment banking or other regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different business functions.
• Experience with business transformation, operational change, governance, risk, compliance or organisational change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across complex environments.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and managing discussions with diverse teams.
