Senior Project Manager – End-to-End Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and delivery‑focused Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects from discovery through to closure. The role ensures objectives are met on scope, timeline, budget and quality while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects across business, change and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned with all stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, timely status reporting to project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance and steering materials and escalate issues when needed.
• Oversee change control processes and ensure deliverables are documented, version‑controlled and approved.
• Manage third‑party vendors to meet schedule, budget and quality requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster collaboration across teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong project planning, coordination and governance capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor and risk management skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior leadership.
• Analytical, structured and delivery‑oriented mindset.

• Project and portfolio management tools such as Clarity.
• Issue and task tracking with Jira.
