Senior Project Manager

About the role

PSC Biotech is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of the qualification (CQ) phase for an API manufacturing facility. Reporting to the BACE Project Manager, you will work within a multi‑disciplinary team and coordinate activities across design, construction, process, automation, technical operations, C&Q, operations and QA.

Key responsibilities

• Define and agree the physical and procedural scope with Suite team leads and the Project Manager.
• Develop, monitor and execute project plans, ensuring safety, schedule, cost and performance standards are met.
• Manage design, construction, commissioning and qualification schedules and budgets in collaboration with sub‑project managers and external contractors.
• Lead discussions on scope, budget, schedule, safety, quality and personnel with Suite Leads.
• Develop and implement an execution strategy for coordinated delivery of sub‑scopes.
• Coordinate design efforts with contract engineering firms and ensure compliance with local and global standards.
• Facilitate engineering and user requirements for the project Suites.
• Track and report progress against project deliverables.

Required profile

• Experience reporting to senior project leadership in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Strong understanding of API facility construction and qualification processes.
