Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a residential development from concept through completion. You will be responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update the construction programme in partnership with the Contracts Manager, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Oversee project quality throughout the lifecycle, guaranteeing that build standards meet client expectations.
• Control project costs, tightly managing preliminaries and package budgets.
• Maintain positive relationships with the client team, providing regular updates on claims, delays, and overall progress.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams and deliver complex projects.
• Strong numeracy, report‑writing skills and an understanding of commercial realities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
