Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, technology‑driven projects for a financial services client in Dublin. The role is permanent and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, scope and budget.
• Engage with key stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and deliverables.
• Help shape the target operating model by understanding business and solution architecture.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication and provide regular status updates to all parties.
• Elicit and prioritize functional and non‑functional requirements from business and technical teams.
• Manage external technology providers and drive system selection processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within financial services or a leading consulting firm.
• Proven delivery and leadership capability, including people and change management.
• Agile certification (e.g., Scrum, IPMA) is a plus.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders on complex topics.
• Pragmatic, hands‑on approach with a strong drive to get things done.
