Senior Project Manager

About the role

PM Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a high‑performing engineering team supporting regulated biologics manufacturing operations in Dublin. This hands‑on, technically focused role will lead engineering and capital projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, reporting to the Projects Programme Manager.
• Lead cross‑functional teams delivering complex Biologics Manufacturing Facility and Processing projects in a highly automated GMP environment.
• Control overall financial performance, including cash flow, lifecycle costs, and risk assessment.
• Oversee contractor and vendor management, schedule development, and risk mitigation actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental health, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline (Level 8 desirable).
• 8+ years of project management experience in regulated, highly automated GMP manufacturing settings.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with right‑first‑time documentation handover.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, capable of interacting with all organisational levels.
