Senior Project/Programme Manager – Business Transformation

About the role

Albany Beck is looking for an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager to lead a high‑visibility business transformation and integration programme for a large banking client in Dublin. The role requires a strategic view of the programme while actively driving delivery across multiple functional workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple business‑facing workstreams across Legal, Compliance, Risk, HR, Operations and Technology.
• Maintain oversight of the wider programme, ensuring alignment of dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, steering meetings and working sessions to support decision‑making.
• Build and manage delivery plans, track dependencies and proactively resolve blockers.
• Engage stakeholders across functions to sustain momentum and alignment.
• Support implementation of governance frameworks, operational processes, policies, controls and organisational change initiatives.
• Identify, manage and escalate programme risks, issues and regulatory considerations.
• Take a hands‑on approach to delivery, moving activities forward beyond reporting.

Required profile

• Strong project or programme management experience in financial services, wealth management, investment banking or other highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex programmes with multiple concurrent workstreams across different business functions.
• Deep understanding of governance, risk management, controls, compliance and regulated change.
• Adaptable, approachable and confident operating in fast‑moving environments with competing priorities.
