Senior Psychologist

About the role

Direct Medics is seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to deliver a specialist Children’s Primary Care Psychology service for a client in North Dublin on a temporary basis. The role requires HSE‑validated qualifications and offers flexible full‑time or part‑time options.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive specialist psychology services to children in primary care settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions.

Required profile

• Recognised Psychology Doctorate validated by the HSE.
• Significant post‑doctoral clinical psychologist experience in the UK or ROI.
• Full Irish driver’s licence with own car and right to work in ROI without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and intervention for children.
• Knowledge of Irish healthcare regulations and HSE compliance.
