Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to shape and scale the infrastructure behind a modern AI‑driven platform used by frontline employees worldwide. You will join a collaborative Platform Squad, taking ownership of reliability and scalability initiatives while influencing architectural decisions that affect system resilience and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve cloud‑native, Kubernetes‑based infrastructure for high availability and global growth.
• Define and implement reliability strategies such as zero‑downtime deployments, disaster recovery, and rollback mechanisms.
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and telemetry systems to ensure operational excellence.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and self‑service platforms to improve developer experience.
• Lead incident response, conduct blameless post‑mortems, and drive systemic improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and scalable operational practices.
• Mentor teammates through design reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automation strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles.
• Proven track record operating and scaling high‑throughput, highly available production systems.
• Deep practical experience with Kubernetes on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts, including monitoring, SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, logging, and distributed tracing.
• Solid software engineering skills in Go or Python.
