Senior Social Content Creative

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Social Creative to join our multi‑award‑winning Social Content team, working with some of the biggest brands in Ireland and beyond. You believe social deserves big, always‑on ideas that connect brands with real people. You understand that the best work doesn’t interrupt people—it earns their attention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, creation and implementation of social‑first campaigns and ideas across our client portfolio.
• Develop concepts, scripting, copy, design and work with production to bring video ideas to life.
• Ensure all assets are tailored to each platform and audience, from always‑on content to integrated campaigns.
• Present ideas to client teams, maintain strong relationships and keep up with emerging social trends.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience creating social content and creative across video, content calendars and creator collaborations.
• Background in an agency, freelance or brand environment with a strong portfolio of social campaigns.
• Proven ability to deliver copy and social‑first design.
• Experience with Photoshop, Canva, AI tools and working knowledge of After Effects or CapCut.
• Curiosity about trends, ability to think quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
