Senior Store Manager – Premium Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead our flagship premium retail store in Dublin. The role combines hands‑on leadership with commercial accountability, ensuring an exceptional customer journey while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial results.
• Drive key performance indicators such as sales, conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT).
• Foster a positive, motivated, and customer‑focused culture on the shop floor.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and operational excellence.
• Analyse store performance data, identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.
• Manage rotas, payroll, stock levels and overall store operations.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Senior Store Manager, Flagship Manager or Multi‑Site Manager in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Commercially aware with solid understanding of retail KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT, sales).
• Experience managing high‑volume or flagship stores and leading from the front.
• Passionate about delivering a consultative, experience‑led customer journey.
• Ambitious, with potential to progress to an Area Manager role.
• Hands‑on leadership style, excellent operational and organisational skills.
