Senior Technical Project Manager – Delivery Focused

About the role

We are seeking a senior technical project manager to lead large‑scale digital transformation programmes for a leading organisation undergoing a major business and technology overhaul. Based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, you will own end‑to‑end delivery, influence stakeholders and ensure measurable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic digital transformation programmes from inception through implementation.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams and senior business leaders to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Manage priorities, risks, dependencies and delivery roadmaps across multiple Agile teams.
• Facilitate Agile planning sessions, maintain programme momentum and remove blockers.
• Ensure projects achieve tangible business outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes in Agile environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on measurable business benefits.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams.
• Customer‑centric mindset and experience with customer‑facing platforms or digital services.
