Senior Treasury Manager – Capital Optimization

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to lead capital‑focused treasury activities as the company expands its product suite and global footprint. You will assess capital adequacy, manage market risks, and shape capital optimisation strategies that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive capital optimisation strategies and decisions across the organisation.
• Assess capital treatment of new products and calculate returns on equity.
• Develop and enhance capital management and allocation frameworks.
• Manage group capital plans and review subsidiary plans.
• Support business decisions with capital‑related analysis and actions.
• Perform regular capital forecasts and monitor ongoing capital adequacy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management.
• Liaise with product owners during new product launches.

Required profile

• 6+ years of treasury management experience with a focus on capital, preferably in a financial institution or fintech.
• Proven ability to design, build, or improve treasury processes.
• Familiarity with Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and capital risk concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and experience presenting findings to senior management.
• Fluency in English.
