Senior/Lead Recruiter – Infrastructure

About the role

Fuse Energy is seeking a Senior/Lead Recruiter to build the talent pipeline for its rapidly expanding infrastructure portfolio. You will own end‑to‑end hiring for grid interconnection, data‑center development, land acquisition and high‑voltage engineering roles, helping the company scale its renewable‑energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies targeting top talent from data‑center operators, renewable developers and power‑grid firms.
• Screen, assess and interview candidates for technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Manage high‑velocity hiring cycles, coordinate post‑interview debriefs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates in competitive infrastructure markets.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical requirements, timelines and hiring priorities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical or energy‑infrastructure environments.
• Proven success filling upstream roles such as grid interconnection, data‑center/project development, land acquisition or high‑voltage engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and close niche engineering talent in a local market.
• Strong advisory approach to hiring managers and candidates.
