Service Engineer – Field Service for Cranes & Engines

About the role

Armorum is seeking a Service Engineer to join its Dublin team. You will work on‑site, providing field service for Liebherr tower cranes, high‑performance engines and generators used in demanding construction and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair cranes, engines and generators at customer locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Deliver technical support and solutions to clients, addressing any operational issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and report findings to internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to coordinate service activities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Hands‑on experience in field service and on‑site equipment handling.
• Strong background in maintenance and repair within industrial or construction settings.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for on‑site tasks.
• Familiarity with Liebherr equipment or similar machinery is a plus.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or mechanics.
