Service Technician – Field Based (Cork)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our field team in Cork. You will be responsible for delivering, installing, servicing and maintaining Culligan water coolers and filtration systems, ensuring customers receive a reliable and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site surveys, installations, repairs, exchanges and collections of water‑cooling equipment.
• Diagnose faults, implement effective solutions and ensure equipment operates optimally.
• Maintain a structured daily schedule while remaining flexible for reactive service calls.
• Manage van stock, tools and inventory to complete tasks efficiently.
• Record service visits accurately using the provided tablet and digital reporting tools.
• Represent the Culligan brand by delivering courteous, customer‑first service.

Required profile

• Full and valid driving licence (maximum 6 points, no disqualifying offences).
• Minimum three years’ driving experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Strong geographical knowledge of Cork and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently, follow schedules and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.

• Technical troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
