Service Technician – Field Based (Cork)

About the role

Culligan is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join its field team in Cork. You will be responsible for delivering, installing, servicing, and maintaining water coolers and filtration systems for customers across Ireland, ensuring high satisfaction and brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site surveys, installations, repairs, exchanges, and collections of water cooler equipment.
• Diagnose faults, implement effective solutions, and ensure equipment operates optimally.
• Maintain a structured daily schedule while remaining flexible for reactive work.
• Manage van stock, tools, and inventory to complete tasks efficiently.
• Record service visits accurately using a provided tablet and digital tools.
• Provide a professional, courteous service experience to every customer.

Required profile

• Full and valid driving licence (maximum 6 points, no disqualifying offences).
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Strong geographical knowledge of Cork and surrounding regions.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
• Customer‑first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
